Dr. Teves graduated from Touro University California (College of Osteopathic Medicine) in 2009. She completed her residency and board certification in Family Medicine at UHS - Wilson Regional Hospital in Johnson City, NY. She earned her BA from the University of California at Berkeley. She holds an MFA degree in poetry and literature from Bennington College, Vermont. She has trained extensively in yoga and martial arts.
In 2014, she opened Nine Rivers Osteopathy, a private practice devoted to osteopathic manipulative medicine in Ithaca, New York while working as an urgent care physician at Cayuga Medical Center. In 2016, she opened a second office in Binghamton.
