She spends her time enjoying plant and mushroom medicine, meditation, traveling, painting, music, and exploring the amazing forest ecosystems of our region.
Through osteopathic touch, Dr. Teves' treatments encourage the body to relax, facilitating lymph movement which is vital to our health, leading to increased health and freedom of breath and movement. Where lymph is not moving you will likely experience pain, stiffness, tenderness, and inflammation.
